Through both digital and physical forms – including resin, sewing, woodworking, painting, drawing, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, web design, and 3D rendering – my work explores the experience and meaning of love, as well as themes relating to nature, energetics of life and the heart.

One of the biggest influences in my artwork is my grandfather and my family. He grew up surfing and started shaping surfboards with his brother as a teenager and into adulthood, which he then evolved into resin paintings and sculpture. His work was hugely inspired by the ocean, nature, and space.

Inspired by his example, I work with resin to make pyramidal sculptures that incorporate crystals and metals. Sewing has been another primary medium in my life, leading me to craft bags, dresses, coats and all kinds of things. I also love to draw and paint digitally and physically, and I’ve worked to create large Virtual Reality worlds that explore the meaning of life, death and birth.

In all, I make art to express my own experience of the world, and allow others to reflect on their own lives. My intention with my art has always been to inspire. For me, art is a way of being and a process of creating your world. Creation is inevitable. It’s whether or not you allow it. By resisting creation, you resist everything you were made to do, made to be. I want to inspire others to create from their heart.
